We require a minimum of 48-hours cancellation or change of appointment. As we have booked the room to hold your reservation, any cancellations made less than 48-hours prior, or no-shows, will result in full charges to your credit card or loss of missed session.
Return policy generally followed by these guidelines:
If a client purchases a package and it has not been used within 10 days, he or she can get a full refund.
If a client starts a package then a refund may not be offered or the used portion will be charged at full rate & refunding the difference (may not be much left as the promotional value of used service not applicable).
If the service was performed then there is no refund.
Due to Health Canada regulations, we are unable to accept returns of any skin-care products.
